Hakkin Farji
Imam Zainul-abidin (a.s) yana cewa: "Amma kuma hakkin farjinka shi ne ka kare shi daga zina, ka kiyaye shi daga abin da bai halatta ba, ka taimaka a kansa da rufe idanuwa, domin shi ne mafi taimakon abu, da kuma ba shi kariya da yunwa da kishirwa idan ya yi nufi, da yawaita ambaton mutuwa, da kuma gargadi ga kanka saboda Allah, da tsoratar da ita da shi, kariya da taimako suna ga Allah ne, kuma babu dubara ko karfi sai da shi".
Farji wani bangare ne na gabar da ake yin amfani da ita domin samun haihuwa ta hanyar amfani da shi ga namiji ne ko mace, sai dai galibi ana kiran na mace da wannan kalma, amfaninsa shi ne kare samuwar nau'in mutum daga karewa.
Wannan bangaren shi ne ya fi kowanne hadari wurin halakarwa, kuma a sanadiyyarsa ne aka saba wa Allah dare da rana, da dan Adam ba shi da wannan bangaren da ma'anar ba a ma yi masa sha'awa ba, to da bai sha wahalar wannan gida na duniya ba, kamar yadda da ba a yi masa shi ba, da babu wani amfanin saukowarsa duniya domin yada zuriya.
Da farkon Imam Sajjad (a.s) ya yi nuni da cewa kare farji daga zina yana daga cikin hakkokin farji, sannan shari'a ta sanya hanyoyin kare shi daga zina, sai ta sanya kariya ga farji da aure da'imi da kuma auren mutu'a, domin kada dan Adam ya fada cikin hadarin zina, sai tarbiyyar ruhinsa ta lalace, sannan a samar da 'ya'yan shego, sai aikata zunubi ya yi sauki, bala'o'I su faru a duniya barkatai.
Domin dan zina ya fi samun saukin aikata sabo a kan dan halal, don haka tarbiyyarsa tana bukatar himma matuka. Akwai wani wanda ya taba kashe wani babban wansu a watan azumi 1428, kuma lokacin da ya kashe shi da dutse da ya dauka mai nauyi ya kwankwatsa masa kai da shi, sai na ga ya yi daidai da lokacin da aka sari Imam Ali (a.s) da takobi wato sallar asuba 19 ga watan ramadhan.
A lokacin babu wani abu da ya zo mini sai cewa wannan anya kuwa ba dan shege ba ne. Ilai kuwa sai nan wani yake gaya mini cewa ai bayan babarsu ta fita daga gidan da ta haifi wan nasu da shi kanin ya kashe wanda a sanadiyar tabin hankali ne babansa ya sake ta. Sai aka rasa inda take domin wasu 'yan iska ne suka dauke ta ba su bar ta ba sai da ta yi cikin shegen da aka samu cikin wannan wanda ya yi kisan da shi da dan'uwansa 'yan tagwai.
Da yawa zamu ga wani rashin imani da babau kamarsa, idan mun bincika sai mu samu ba dan halala ba ne ya yi shi. Da sharrin zina ya tsaya kan haka ne kawai da ya isa sharri, domin yana hana kamalar dan Adam, hada da kazanta da take yawaita da yada cututtuka marasa iyaka a cikin al'umma, ga kuma hana ruwan sama da arziki da zai iya mamaye al'umma sakamakon zina.
Don haka ne sai musulunci ya zo da hanayr aure domin ya tarbiyyantar da al'umma, ya samo mata hanyar mafita domin kada a yi zina, mu sani sau da yawa samari da 'yan mata suka lalace saboda rashin aure. Don haka ne Allah mai hikima domin kada maza su fada cikin bala'in zina sai ya sanya ikon dukan matan da suke kin su a kwanciya a hannunsu, bai kuma sanya ikon dukan mace ba sai a wannan kawai.
Sannan Allah mai hikima bai bar wannan lamarin ba sai da ya sanya auren mutu'a domin ya sawwake alakar cakudar maza da mata, wannan auren yana iya kasancewa mafita daga zina, kuma tun da Allah ne ya sanya shi a matsayin doka babu wani wanda zai iya hana shi ya hanu.
Sai dai abin takaici a kasashenmu an yi mummunar fahimta ga wannan auren, domin ma ba a san shi ba, sai zinace-zinace suka yawaita, yana da kyau mu sani auren mutu'a halal ne daga Allah kamar auren da'imi, kuma a littafinmu na auren mutu'a mun yi bayani a ciki dalla-dalla bisa sharuddansa da dokokinsa.
Sarkin muminai Imam Ali (a.s) ya kawo hana auren mutu'a da halifa na biyu ya yi a matsayin dalilin da ya sanya yawaitar zina a cikin duniyar musulmi, domin da manzon Allah (s.a.w) ya zo da shari'a ya shimfida duk abin da zai hana mutum sabo a cikinta, idan kuwa ba haka ba, idan wani ya yi zina aka yi masa haddi zai kasance zalunci ne.
Don haka duk wanda ba shi da ikon yin auren da'imi, ya samu mace wacce sharuddan yin auren mutu'a da ita suka cika, kamar kasancewarta ba matar aure ba, ba kuma budurwa ba, da sauransu, sannan sai ya yi zina, lallai wannan ya cancanci dukkan ukubar Allah. Amma idan da babu irin wannan doka, sai aka kama shi da sunan shari'a aka yi masa ukuba, to ya zama zalunci, domin ba yadda Allah zai halicci mutum, sannan sai ya hana shi hanyar mafita kan halittar sha'awa da ya yi masa.
Ibn Abbas yana cewa: "Mutu'a rahama ce da Allah ya tausaya wa wannan al'umma da ita, ba domin Umar ya hana ta ba, da babu wanda zai bukaci yin zina sai tababbe".
Jabir dan Abdullah yana cewa: "Mun yi auren mutu'a lokacin manzon Allah (s.a.w) da lokacin Abubakar, da wani bangare na lokacin Umar, sai Umar ya ce: Kur'ani dai shi ne Kur'ani, Manzon Allah dai shi ne manzon Allah, kuma dai wadannan mutu'o'in guda biyu ne da suke lokacin manzon Allah (s.a.w), wato hajjin tamattu'i, da kuma auren mutu'a" (Masnad Ahmad bn Hambal: 1 / 52). Sai dai a nan Ahmad bn Hambal ya cire karshen maganar ne, domin Umar yana cewa: Ni na hana ne kuma ina yin ukuba a kan duk wanda ya yi su. (Masnad Ahmad bn Hambal: 398).
Suyudi yana cewa: "Farkon wanda ya hana auren mutu'a shi ne Umar" (Tarikhul Hulafa: 137).
Jabir dan Abdullah yana cewa: "Mun yi auren mutu'a lokacin manzon Allah (s.a.w) da lokacin Abubakar, da wani bangare na lokacin Umar, sai Umar ya hana" (Bidayatul Mujtahid, na Hambalawa: 2 / 63).
Mash'huriyar maganar Imam Ali (a.s) ta shahara cikin musulmi cewa: "Ba don Umar ya hana auren mutu'a ba, da babu wanda zai yi zina sai ya tabe". Wasu suna fassara shi da cewa: "Ba don Umar ya hana auren mutu'a ba, da babu wanda zai yi zina sai tababbe" (Tafsirul Fahrurrazi: 10 / 51).
Wannan lamarin a fili yake yana nuna cewa zina ta yawaita cikin al'ummar musulmi ta yadda ta shiga kowane lungu da surkukiya, domin wannan hanin da Umar ya yi wa auren mutu'a. Wannan magana ce da malaman Sunna da Shi'a suka yi ittifaki a kanta.
Sannan fadin Imam Ali Sajjad cewa "ka kiyaye shi daga abin da bai halatta ba", yana karfafa mana hanyar nan ta nisantar sha'awar da zata kai ga fadawa cikin haram da wannan amanar da Allah ya yi mana ita. Wasu mutane sau da yawa suna son su hole kamar yadda suke so ba tare da la'akari da haramcin Allah ko kiyaye huruminsa ba, don haka ne Imam (a.s) ya nuna musu cewa hakki ne da shi kansa farji yake da shi a kan mutum ya kiyaye shi daga fadawa cikin halaka.
Sannan Imam Sajjad (a.s) ya yi nuni da wasu hanyoyin taimaka wa farji samun kariya daga sabon Allah da fadawa cikin halaka, sai ya yi nuni da kawar da duk wani abu da yake share fage ne zuwa ga kaiwa ga sabawa, yana mai cewa: "ka taimaka a kansa da rufe idanuwa, domin shi ne mafi taimakon abu", wannan magana ce da ta tattaro dukkan hikima. Domin masu hikima suna cewa: Kallo, sai magana, sai haduwa, sai auka wa juna.
Wato wanda ya hadu da wata mace farkon abin da yake faruwa tsakaninsu shi ne kallon juna, sai kuma su yi wa juna magana, sai su sanya inda zasu hadu, sai kuma su hadu kan sabon Allah. Wannan su ne matakai da suke kai wa ga saba wa Allah da keta huruminsa, da cin amanar farji da rashin kiyaye hakkinsa, sai Imam (a.s) ya yi umarni da yanke asasin farko shi ne kallon sha'awa da kawar da kai daga kallon juna.
Sai kuma ya gindaya wasu hanyoyi masu muhimmanci da zasu iya zama hanyar ladabtar da farji ya shiga taitayinsa, domin kawar da shi daga saba wa Allah da kutsawa cikin haram, yana mai cewa: "da kuma ba shi kariya da yunwa da kishirwa idan ya yi nufi, da yawaita ambaton mutuwa, da kuma gargadi ga kanka saboda Allah, da tsoratar da ita da shi, kariya da taimako suna ga Allah ne, kuma babu dubara ko karfi sai da shi".
Sai ya ginda ya masa wadannan hanyoyi masu kima da daraja da maganin taurin kan sha'awa wacce ba ta jin maganar hankali ba ta bin umarninsa, kuma ba ta jin gargadinsa. Sai ya fara da hanyar jiyar da ciki yunwa makoshi kuwa a shayar da shi magagin nan na kishirwa domin sha'awa kada ta tashi, domin idan ciki ya samu koshi ya cika, makoshi ya jike ya samu gamsuwa, to a lokacin ne ita kuma sha'awa zata motsa. Don haka ne hadisi madaukaki daga manzon rahama (s.a.w) kakansa (a.s) ya yi umarni da yin azumi domin rage kaifin sha'awa da maganin taurin kanta da takamarta, domin kada ta jefa samari cikin bala'in sabo.
Sannan ya yi nasiha da yawaita ambaton Allah domin zukata su samu nutsuwar biyayya ga Allah fiye da yadda suke samun nutsuwa da cin abin ci da shan abin sha, ko yin jima'i. Wanda duk ya dadani dadin ambaton Allah (s.w.t), to tabbas babu wani abu da zai nema a matsayin makwafinsa, domin dadin da rai take samu da nutsuwa da ubangijinta babu wani dadi da ya fi shi. Don haka ne ake iya sallamawa a bar duk wani dadi idan dai ya ci karo da kisa, amma sau da yawa ba a sallama wa dadin ambaton Allah koda kuwa za a fuskanci kisa.
Sai kuma mai aminci ya bi da ambaton sauran hanyoyi da suka hada da gargadin kai da yi mata fada don kada ta keta hurumin Allah, da tsoratar da ita wutar Allah da zafinta mai radadi idan ba ta ji ba, da kuma yin addu'o'in cewa Allah ya taimaka mana kan kare kawukanmu da iyalanmu daga wannan hari na sha'awa, kuma wannan ita ce mafi muhimmancin hanya da tafi sauran hanyoyi, domin babu wanda ya fi wanda Allah ya ba shi kariya karfi da tsayawa gaban harin sha'awarsa.
Babu wani abu da ya fi sha'awa karfi a cikin mariskai, idan ta kwashi mutum kai ka ce babu wani abu sai ita kadai, a lokacin jima'i dukkan wata gaba hatta da hankalin mutum yana koma wa zuwa ga wancan bangare na sha'awa ne, ta yadda dukkan wani abu na rayuwa zai kasance an manta da shi sai wannan bangaren kawai.
Sai dukkan gabobi su kasance sun tashi a wannan lokacin fiye da kowane lokaci, sai jinni ya rika gudana cikin sauri, fatar jiki ta tashi, lumfashi ya rika daukewa, kwayoyin halittar fushi su tashi, jin shafa ya kai kololuwarsa, sannan dukkan gabobin kasa su yankwane, jijiyoyi su motsa suna masu girgidi.
Sha'awa tana da hadari matuka a cikin ci gaban dan Adam, don haka ne addini ya yi nuni da hadarinta kuma ya tanadi maganinta, sai ya sanya hanyar aure har kala biyu: maras lokaci (da'imi har mutuwa) da na kayyadadden lokaci (mutu'a), kuma ya yi umarni da tsarkake farjin namiji da na mace bayan fitar abubuwa daga garesu kamar mani da bawanli da bayan gida, sabanin jiki kamar gumi da ba a sanya komai ba sakamakon fitarsa. Sannan kuma ita wannan sha'awa an sanya hukuncin haddi ga wanda ya biya mata bukata ba ta hanyar halal ba, sai aka sanya ukuba dukan dukkan jiki har sau dari ga wanda ya yi hakan, kamar yadda ya ji dadi da dukkan jikinsa ya yi sabawa.
Idan sha'awa mai karfi ta kama mutum takan sanya duk jijiyoyin jikinsa su tashi, jikinsa ya yi makyarkyata, hankalinsa ya makanci, zuciyarsa ta kurumci, don haka ne aka so toshe hanyoyin da zasu kai ga marhalar biyan bukatar haram da wannan sha'awar da wasu daga matakan da suka gabata. Bayan fitar mani sai jiki ya koma yadda yake a da, sai dukkan gabobin jiki su yi rauni, hankali ya kwanta, idanuwa su nemi yin bacci, sai jijiyoyi su nemi komawa yadda suke a da, don haka ne sai gajiya ta mamaye dukkan jiki.
A cikin maganar Imam Sajjad (a.s) zamu iya fahimtar samun wata alaka tsakinin gani da ciki da farji, domin su masu taimaka wa juna ne, idan aka rasa daya daga cikinsu, to bala'in sabo da yake faruwa sakamakon sha'awa yakan yi rauni ko ya mutu. Idan mun duba muna iya ganin cewa, sai an gani ake so, sai an koshi ake nema, sai da sha'awa ne ake aukawa. Don haka aka nemi kawar da gani, da neman taimako da rashin koshi, da kuma ambaton Allah da tuna mutuwa mai yanke jin dadi, domin a samu karayar sha'awa.
Zina ita ce samar da alaka kusaci da juna da jima'i tsakanin namiji da mace ba tare da aure ba, musulunci ya hana wannan alaka saboda muninta da samar da alaka maras karfi tsakanin namiji da mace, da haifar da yara da ba na shari'a ba da halacci wanda cutar hakan takan koma wa dukkan al'umma ne.
Al'ummu da yawa ne suke gaba da wannan lamari saboda muninsa, suke karfafar samar da alakar aure domin samun arzuta da rabautar al'ummarsu, da samar da aminci da zaman lafiya, da kawar da dukkan cututtukan da sukan iya haifuwa sakamakon alaka barkatai.
Har ila yau an hana zina domin mutane su fahimci kimar daukar nauyin iyali da yi musu hidima, domin idan da mutum namiji zai biya bukatarsa kawai sai ya kyale mace da daukar ciki da sauran wahalhalu da al'umma ta lalace, da an samu dora nauyi kan al'ummar mata wacce take ita ce mafi raunin rayuwa.
Musulunci ya dauki dukkan matakai da zasu kai ga zina, sai ya nemi gyaran kai da cika rai da tsoron Allah da ambatonsa, sannan ya nemi mata su rufe kyawawansu tun daga gashi har kafa, kuma ya nemi karanta cakuda tsakanin maza da mata ba tare da wani dalili ba.
Babban abin da yake hana sha'awa da yin maganinta shi ne cikar hankali da amfani da shi kan dukkan abin da muke fuskanta. Hadisai masu yawa sun yi nuni da wannan lamari mai girma da aka yi nuni da shi a cikin littafin Mizanul Hikima na Raishahari, j 3, shafi: 2052, kamar haka: "Idan hakali ya cika sai sha'awa ta ragu". "Wanda hankalinsa ya cika zai wulakanta sha'awowi".
Mazon Allah (s.a.w) ya ce: "Wanda ya yi zina da wata mata musulma ko bayahudiya, ko kirista, ko bamajusiya, 'ya ce ko baiwa, sannan bai tuba ba, kuma ya ci gaba da hakan, to Allah zai bude masa kofofi dari uku a cikin kabarinsa da macizai da kunamun wuta zasu rika fitowa suna saran sa da cizon sa, yana konewa har a tashi kiyama, idan kuwa aka taso shi daga kabari to mutane zasu cutu daga warinsa, sai a gane shi da wannan a kuma gane me yake yi a duniya, har sai a yi umarni da shi zuwa wuta. (Ma'arijun yakin fi Usuluddin: Sheikh Sabzawari, s; 408).
An karbo daga sayyidi Ali (a.s) ya ce: Mai tsira da aminci yana cewa: "Na hana ku zina, domin a cikinsa akwai abubuwa shida, uku a duniya, uku a lahira: Amma na duniya su ne: Tana tafiyar da kwarjini, Tana yanke arziki daga sama, Kuma tana gaggauta karewa. Amma na lahira su ne: Mummunan hisabi, Da fushin Allah, Da kuma dawwama a wuta. (Ma'arijun yakin fi Usuluddin: Sheikh Sabzawari, s; 408).
